A conference to promote the implementation of three "Number One Projects"—namely, high-quality development of manufacturing, talent and scientific innovation, and enterprise listing—was held in the auditorium of the Ruian Municipal Conference Center. The conference presented awards for several achievements in 2022, including Xinli New Materials receiving honors such as "Ruian Leading Industrial Enterprise" and "2022 National Key Specialized, Refined, and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise."

Party Secretary Li Jian fully affirmed the achievements made since last year and emphasized that the entire city should strengthen its confidence, boost morale, stay focused on goals, exert precise efforts, unite government and enterprises, and work diligently to implement robust measures, build strong synergy, and strive for high-quality economic development in Ruian.
